Thank you for using HYFIT ("the App"). These Terms of Service define the conditions for using the App. By using the App, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Description

The App is a mobile application that helps you record and analyze HYROX training.

Main Features

Workout record storage
Time tracking and analysis
Visualization through charts
Calendar display

2. Account and Security

Account Creation

Users must provide accurate information
Only one account per user is allowed
The App is not available for users under 13 years of age

Password Management

Users are responsible for securely managing their passwords
If you discover unauthorized use of your account, please contact us immediately

3. User Responsibilities

Users must not engage in the following activities:

Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
Acts related to criminal activity
Acts that disrupt server or network functions
Acts that interfere with the App's operation
Collection of other users' personal information
Impersonation of other users
Reverse engineering of the App

4. Intellectual Property

Intellectual property rights for the App and its content (design, logos, text, graphics, etc.) belong to the App's developer.

Rights to user-created data (workout records, etc.) belong to the user.

5. Service Changes, Interruptions, and Termination

The developer may change, interrupt, or terminate all or part of the service in the following cases:

System maintenance
Force majeure events such as natural disasters
Other cases deemed necessary by the developer

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is"
The developer is not responsible for service interruptions, errors, or data loss
The developer is not responsible for damages arising from use of the App
The App is for training record purposes and does not provide medical advice

7. Data Backup

Users are responsible for backing up important data as appropriate.

8. Service Termination

Users may delete their account at any time to terminate use of the service.

The developer may suspend or delete user accounts without prior notice in the following cases:

Violation of these terms
Confirmed fraudulent activity
Other cases deemed inappropriate by the developer

9. Changes to Terms of Service

These Terms of Service may be updated without notice. Important changes will be notified within the App.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Japanese law. In case of disputes, the courts with jurisdiction over the developer's location shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
